Construction Management (CM)

We offer comprehensive and transparent construction management services, guiding your project from initial planning to final completion. By collaborating early with the design team, we provide valuable cost and constructability insights, ensuring optimal results.

Public Private Partnerships (Leasebacks)

We provide the ability to pursue public-private partnerships, collaborating with government and private entities to finance, build, and manage small to mid-size leasebacks, ensuring long-term success through innovative funding as well as timely and efficient delivery.

Design Build (DB)

We offer design-build services, managing both the design and construction of your project under one contract. This approach simplifies communication, speeds up delivery, and ensures a seamless process from start to finish for perspective clients.

Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)

We offer the option of guaranteed maximum price contracts, meaning we set a cap on the total project cost. If costs exceed that limit, Milestone will absorb the difference, giving the client peace of mind that your budget is protected from price overruns. If the total cost is under the threshold, we share the savings.

Lump Sum or Fixed Price (LS)

We provide lump sum contracts, where we agree to complete your project for a fixed price and timeline. This means you are aware of the total cost upfront, and Milestone becomes responsible for the budget and the schedule.
